High Thai Weed runs a bar you can smoke in. Not a dispensary with a couch in the corner — a proper bar on Sukhumvit Soi 33 with twelve cocktails, five of them built here, and no rule against lighting up at your table.
The bar runs on the second floor of our six-floor building, above the dispensary and below the lounge. Cocktails start at ฿230, the kitchen is on the same floor, and the rooftop is four floors up. As a cannabis bar in Bangkok that also holds a dispensary licence, we can serve you a drink and sell you flower in the same transaction, which is not something most bars in the city are set up to do. Open daily 10 AM to 3 AM, seven minutes on foot from BTS Phrom Phong.

Why Sukhumvit
Sukhumvit is where Bangkok's cannabis scene actually settled. It's dense, it's on the BTS line, and it has the tourist traffic that let venues invest in something better than a counter and a strip light.
Soi 33 sits in the middle of it — walkable from Phrom Phong, Emporium and EmQuartier on the doorstep, and far enough off the main road that the street noise drops away once you're inside.

The bar sits on the second floor. Our growers work out of California and Germany and the flower is grown here in Bangkok — Orange Mimosa Punch, the hybrid that won at the 420 Cruise, comes off our own benches.
You buy downstairs, drink upstairs, and smoke where you are sitting. That is the whole model.

Order a drink on two and take it up to the rooftop. Nobody stops you. If you want screens and air conditioning instead, the Blow Lounge is one floor up.

Before You Order
Cannabis cocktails do not behave like alcohol. The effect arrives late — anywhere from thirty minutes to two hours — and it arrives all at once. Order one, wait, then decide. Our bartenders would rather pace you than pour you a second drink you did not need.
A few things worth knowing before you sit down:
- Eat first. The kitchen is on the same floor for a reason.
- Do not mix heavily with alcohol. The two together land harder than either alone, and the timing is unpredictable.
- Skip it if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on prescription medication without asking your doctor first.
- Do not drive. Taxis and ride apps stop outside on Soi 33 all night.
- Keep it inside. Public consumption carries a fine of up to 25,000 baht in Thailand. Our floors are licensed; the street is not.
- Do not take cannabis out of the country. Thai customs and every neighbouring border treat it seriously.
Everything served here is lab-tested and bought on site, which is a licensing requirement rather than a preference. If a drink is hitting harder than you expected, tell any member of staff. We deal with it quietly and often.
Is there a cannabis bar and restaurant in the same place in Bangkok?
Yes. At High Thai on Sukhumvit Soi 33 the bar and the kitchen share the second floor, so cocktails, beer and a full food menu all come to one table. The dispensary counter is on the ground floor and the rooftop is four floors up.
Can I smoke inside the bar?
Yes, at your table. That is the whole point of the second floor. Everything you consume has to be bought from our ground-floor dispensary — that is a licensing requirement, not a house preference.
What time does the cannabis bar close?
We are open every day from 10 AM to 3 AM. The kitchen is on the same floor and runs until close, and there is no time limit on your table.
How much are the cocktails?
Twelve cocktails, starting at ฿230. The five house drinks — Dejavu_33, High Thai’s Booty Bounce, Tropical High Tea, Juicy Joint and Purple Dream — are ฿350 to ฿380. Classics such as the Negroni, Mojito and Gin Fizz run ฿230 to ฿280. A 10% tax and service charge is added.
Can I eat a full meal here, or is it only drinks?

How do I get there from BTS Phrom Phong?
Seven minutes on foot. Walk into Sukhumvit Soi 33 from the main road; we are at 9/23, with Emporium and EmQuartier on the doorstep. Take the stairs or lift to the second floor for the bar and restaurant.
